Brief-Focused-Therapy is available for those whose preference is for a package of a one off two hour session with a follow up. This utilises a Life Coaching perspective and works well for those who already have many strategies for their situation but have become a little stuck in moving forward. This approach helps to free up thinking and mobilise or develop existing resources.
Relationships can be a source of joy and satisfaction but also sadness and stress when life crises or conflict arises. Sometimes people need some external input to sort through their experiences and relationships in order to move forward. This is some of what our therapy services offer.
